A former West Hollywood home once owned by the country music legend is now available to rent. Dolly purchased the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in 2007 for about $1.2 million and reportedly used it while working in Hollywood, although it was never her primary residence.
Built in 1923, the adobe-style home is located in West Hollywood’s Design District and features 1,091 square feet of living space. The fully furnished home includes an open living area with a fireplace, an updated kitchen, plenty of natural light and outdoor spaces that include a tropical-inspired patio, covered deck and outdoor entertaining area.
The home was previously offered as an Airbnb, where the listing claimed it still included furniture and décor that Dolly personally owned.
Dolly listed the property for sale in 2014, and records show the home later sold in 2023 for $1.2 million. Now it’s back on the market as a rental for a cool $12,000 a month.
So if you’ve ever dreamed of living in a little piece of Dolly Parton history, this could be your place. Just be prepared to shell out $144,000 a year for the privilege.
