Some of Texas music’s biggest names are coming together for an unforgettable evening benefiting one of Austin’s most historic landmarks.

The fifth annual Imagine Muny Gala takes over ACL Live at The Moody Theater on Thursday, September 10th, with Country Music Hall of Famer Tanya Tucker, Jack Ingram, Wade Bowen and Asleep at the Wheel with The Copa Kings.

The event benefits The Muny Conservancy and its work to preserve, restore and protect Lions Municipal Golf Course. Opened in 1924, “Muny” is not only one of Austin’s most beloved public courses, but also a civil rights landmark recognized as the first public golf course in the South to desegregate. The Conservancy is working to protect this historic green space and keep it affordable and accessible for generations to come.
