Contest Rules:
*Must be 21 years and older to enter and win.
*Eleven qualifiers will be drawn from valid text entries.
*One qualifier will be via a TBA studio call-in contest.
*Qualifiers will be invited to a private performance with an artist to be announced.
*Winner will be responsible to provide a valid social security number and responsible for all takes associated with the prize. A W9 will be completed upon prize letter award.
*Winner will be required to provide valid identification for winner and guest for booking purposes.
*Winner is responsible for making all booking arrangements with the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation.
Vacation package for two adults 21 years and older (2) to the MusicFest at Steamboat, Ski Town, U.S.A.
This package includes:
• Five nights (5) lodging accommodations based on double occupancy*
• Round trip coach airfare to Denver International Airport (DEN) or Steamboat (HDN)*
• Two (2) 4-day adult lift tickets to Steamboat Resort
• Two passes to the MusicFest at Steamboat, January 5-10, 2022**
*Prize reservations are based on availability and other promotional conditions. Lodging accommodations will either be based on a Queen/Queen, Double/Double hotel room or 1 bedroom condo with 2 beds. No guarantee will be made on lodging location or type. Confirmation of travel must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Efforts will be made for air travel to originate from the closest major airport nearest the winners home into Denver (DEN) or Steamboat (HDN). Once flight schedules are approved and ticketed, any changes made are subject to change fees and are to be paid by the passenger. Airfare excludes any baggage or airline fees charged by airline carriers and any such fees will be the sole responsibility of the passengers. Prize does not include ground transportation. The prizewinner may choose to use this vacation package during other dates throughout the 2021/2022 ski season based on availability. Travel dates around holidays and special events are extremely limited and may be blacked out.
**If this vacation is used at any other time than during MusicFest 2022, all prizes will be honored except the concert tickets. This prize may not be used during the following blackout dates: Dec. 18, 2021 – Jan. 4, 2022 and Feb. 17 – 27, 2022. This prize is non-transferable, may not be sold, and has no cash value. Meals, transportation, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Travel not valid after April 10, 2022.
