Diamond Rio is celebrating 35 years of country music with a brand-new EP! The Grammy-winning group has announced America Works, a four-song project arriving November 13, 2026.
The title track, “America Works,” was released September 18 and celebrates the everyday Americans who make a difference through hard work, service and helping others. The accompanying music video was filmed in part at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and features military personnel alongside the band’s family members, friends and crew.
The new project also includes “Other Side of the World,” a song inspired by lead singer Marty Roe’s eldest daughter moving to Australia for college. The emotional father-daughter duet features new band member Carson McKee sharing lead vocals with Roe. The song is scheduled for release October 16.
McKee also takes the lead on “Pink Guitar,” while the EP’s previously released instrumental, “The Kick,” marked the recording debut of Diamond Rio’s two newest members. Guitarist Jimmy Olander produced and co-wrote all four songs on the project.
The new music arrives during a milestone year for Diamond Rio. The group is celebrating the 35th anniversary of its 1991 debut single, “Meet in the Middle,” which made country music history as the first debut single by a country group to reach No. 1.
The song has also recently been certified double Platinum by the RIAA, while two more Diamond Rio favorites, “Beautiful Mess” and “One More Day,” have earned new Platinum certifications.
