Cody Johnson is heading to late night television!
The Texas country star announced on social media that he and The Rockin’ CJB will perform live on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this Wednesday.
“Excited to announce that we will be performing LIVE on The Tonight Show this Wednesday at 10:35 PM CT. Be sure to tune in and catch the Rockin’ CJB on NBC!”
The appearance comes just days before the release of Johnson’s highly anticipated new album, Banks of the Trinity, which arrives Friday, June 26.
Johnson recently released “Horseback,” one of the tracks from the upcoming project, and has spent the past several weeks building anticipation for what will be his 10th studio album.
The reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year and Male Artist of the Year has built a reputation as one of country music’s strongest live performers, making this week’s national television appearance a fitting stop on the road to the album’s release.
