Dolly Parton is sharing a candid update on her health, and it comes with a major change to her plans.
In a new video message, she says she has “some good news and a little bad news.” The good news is she’s improving and responding well to treatment. The bad news is she’s still not ready to return to the stage.
Because of that, Parton has officially canceled her Las Vegas residency, which had already been postponed and moved to 2026. She says she’s not at a point physically where she can commit to that kind of run just yet.
She’s staying positive and focusing on getting fully healthy before making any big return.
