Blue Bell just rolled out a brand new flavor called Brookie À La Mode, and it’s basically dessert overload in the best way possible. If you’ve ever had a “brookie” (half brownie, half chocolate chip cookie), you already know where this is headed.
The new flavor starts with a rich, creamy brown sugar ice cream base, then loads it up with chunks of fudgy brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie pieces mixed throughout.
So yeah… it’s giving full-on comfort dessert energy.
Blue Bell says the new flavor is now available in both pint and half gallon sizes, which means whether you’re “just a few bites” or “I’ve had a long day,” they’ve got you covered.
No word on how long it’ll stick around, but if history tells us anything, limited flavors from Blue Bell don’t exactly sit on shelves for long.
Bottom line: if you’re a fan of brownies, cookies, or honestly just dessert in general… this one might be worth clearing out a little freezer space.
