Charley Crockett Announces New Album And Track-list

The great Charley Crockett has announced his new album ‘Welcome To The Hard Times’ is set to be released July 31st.

Charley is one of the most unique talents in the Texas music scene. A soulful sound separates him from many and you can tell that this album will be as good as in from the title track. The only song to be released so far.

How cool is that video? Crockett co-directed the both beautiful and desolate video with Bobby Cochran.

I first became a fan of his a couple years ago after hearing his Tanya Tucker cover of ‘Jamestown Ferry’. Bettering Ms. Tucker is a task not many folks can accomplish.
