Join head coach Karen Aston and No. 8 Texas Women’s Basketball as they welcome No. 12 Florida State to the Frank Erwin Center on Sunday, Dec. 17. Tipoff is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. in a national FS1 broadcast.
The first 1,000 fans at Sunday’s contest receive a free T-shirt featuring senior guard and reigning Big 12 Player of the Year Brooke McCarty.
Following the game, the Texas staff and student-athletes invite kids to improve their basketball skills by taking part in the annual Longhorns Kids Clinic.
The hour-long clinic is open to all youth (8th grade and under) and begins approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
Clinic Information
Texas coaches and student-athletes will instruct young Longhorns (8th grade and under) during the clinic session.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to pre-register participants by emailing name, age and grade to matthew.hay@athletics.utexas.edu.
Dress in athletic clothing and wear gym-appropriate shoes.
Parents/guardians must complete a waiver (which can be found at Section 44 on the concourse) in order for their child to participate in the clinic.
