Miranda Lambert is making a major move on the label side.
The country star has officially signed with MCA Nashville, adding one of the genre’s most established names to the label’s roster. The move comes after Lambert spent nearly 20 years with RCA Nashville, where she released her debut album Kerosene in 2005 and built the catalog that defined her career.
During her time with RCA, Lambert became one of the most consistent hitmakers in country music, earning multiple No. 1 songs, Grammy Awards, and a reputation for balancing mainstream success with a strong sense of identity. That long run makes this shift especially notable, as it marks the first time in her career she’s aligned with a different major label home.
Now with MCA Nashville, Lambert joins a roster that includes some of the biggest names in country, positioning her to continue releasing new music with the backing of a label known for its reach and influence in the format.
The signing also comes as Lambert remains active across the board, from touring to collaborations and special projects. While details about her first release under MCA haven’t been announced yet, the move signals that more new music is on the way.
