If you’ve been keeping an eye on Cody Hibbard, you already know he’s been steady putting out new music this year.
He’s back with another on … a brand new track called “Spend It On You,” released Friday.
Hibbard’s built his sound around real-life, blue-collar roots, and that comes through again here. It leans into that straightforward country storytelling he’s been carving out, without trying to overcomplicate it.
You might also recognize him from national TV … he was featured on CBS’s The Road, part of that Blake Shelton-backed spotlight on up-and-coming artists.
And he’s got a big stage coming up too … he just announced he’ll be performing during CMA Fest, taking the FREE Dr Pepper Amp Stage in support of the CMA Foundation and music education.
Not a bad spot to introduce some new music.
