Miranda Lambert and her family are parting ways with a property that’s been part of their lives for decades.
According to Realtor.com and real estate agent Lee Trowbridge of Compass, Lambert and her parents have listed their Texas estate for $1.59 million after owning the land for roughly 30 years. The 25-acre property is located outside Lindale, Texas, the small East Texas town where Miranda Lambert grew up and where her family still has deep roots.
The property includes a 4,643-square-foot main house along with plenty of wide-open space that fits Lambert’s country lifestyle.
Amenities on the property include an outdoor kitchen, three RV hookups, a pond, a barn area, and even a 100-yard shooting range. In other words, it’s pretty much the kind of Texas setup you’d expect from Miranda Lambert.
The land also carries a personal story for the singer. Lambert moved into the adjacent pink house on the property when she was just 21, buying it with money from her very first record deal as her career was just getting started.
