Lainey Wilson is taking her talents from the stage to the big screen! The country superstar, known for hits like “Heart Like a Truck” and her breakout role as Abby on Yellowstone, just made her feature film debut in the upcoming drama Reminders of Him.
The brand-new trailer dropped today, and fans finally get a first look at Lainey as Amy, a small-town grocery store manager who befriends a woman trying to rebuild her life after prison. The film also stars Bradley Whitford and Lauren Graham, and it looks like a heartfelt, emotional story that’ll show off a whole new side of Lainey.
While we’ve already seen her hold her own alongside Kevin Costner on the Yellowstone ranch, this marks Lainey’s first big leap into movie stardom and judging by the trailer, she fits right in.
