Big week for one of Texas’ fastest-rising stars! Hudson Westbrook has officially hit the #1 spot on the Texas Regional Radio Report with his latest single, “Weatherman.”
The Stephenville native has been on a steady climb since his breakout debut “Take It Slow” in 2024 and “Weatherman” is proof that he’s not slowing down anytime soon. Blending heartfelt lyrics, gritty Texas soul, and a sound that bridges old-school Red Dirt and modern country rock, Westbrook continues to carve out his own lane in the scene.
Hudson’s story is about as Texas as it gets, self-taught, raised on George Strait and gangsta rap, and proud of the rough edges that make his music feel real. He picked up the guitar in 2020, wrote his first song in college, and hasn’t looked back since.
After a string of fan-favorite releases like “Pray Your Name,” “Take Your Time,” “Mine Tomorrow,” and “Dressed Down,” his latest single “Sober” is already making noise on streaming platforms.
Congrats to Hudson Westbrook on his first #1 with “Weatherman” and we have a feeling it won’t be his last.
