Always a good night when some native Texans win some big-time awards.
The 2022 CMT definitely had it’s fair share of pop representation, but also some good ole country music was very much present and some of those good ole boys and girls from Texas took home some hardware.
Cody Johnson and Miranda Lambert respectfully won Video Of The Year in the male and female categories. Cody for “Til You Can’t”, Miranda for “If I Was A Cowboy”.
