The KOKE-FM pet of the week from our friends at Austin Pets Alive! is Tommy.
Meet Tommy: a stylish and handsome greyhound mix with cute whippet (flying-nun) ears and a beautiful mocha-chocolate colored coat. Tommy has a very unique nature at the shelter. He is very sensitive, affectionate like a creampuff, and the most loyal companion. Sometimes he thinks he’s a lapdog! He loves his people and is 100% guaranteed to bring a smile to your heart on a daily basis! He can be known to be a little rowdy because of his anxiety in the shelter. His ideal home would be a fairly low-traffic and quiet place.
Energy-wise, Tommy would be considered to be medium energy. He loves his walks around the APA! campus. Playing fetch with a tennis ball is always enjoyable for him!
