Willie Nelson has announced his 79th solo studio album, Dream Chaser, set for release on May 29.
The project continues his longtime collaboration with producer Buddy Cannon and features a collection of reflective, story-driven songs centered on life, relationships, and time on the road.
The album also includes a notable co-write with Bob Dylan titled “I Can’t Read Your Mind.”
Along with the announcement, Willie released the title track “Dream Chaser,” giving fans an early preview of the new record.
The release comes as Willie approaches his 93rd birthday, adding another chapter to one of the most extensive catalogs in country music history.
