Billie Jo Jones is sitting at the top of the Texas Regional Radio Report this week with “Turquoise and Silver.”
The Texas native has been steadily building momentum, and this single kept climbing week after week before finally reaching No. 1. It’s clearly connecting with stations around the state and earning plenty of spins.
Some fans may also recognize Jones from her appearance on the The Road, where she brought her traditional-leaning style to a national audience and introduced a lot of new listeners to what Texas country artists are all about.
It’s a big milestone moment and a strong showing for an artist who has spent years working dancehalls and stages across the region.
