This one comes with a little extra heart behind it.
Cross Canadian Ragweed is headed to the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on Friday, July 24, and the night is shaping up to be a full-blown family moment.
Opening the show will be Waves in April, featuring Cody Canada’s sons Dierks and Willy.
They’ll also be joined by The Smokin’ Oaks, including Slaid Cross, the son of Ragweed guitarist Grady Cross, along with his cousin Colton Blake, another branch of that Red Dirt family tree coming up together.
So yeah … this isn’t just another show.
Cody shared what it means to get everybody on that stage:
“It is a family bucket list item to play Red Rocks together. I feel like we won an award.”
A legendary band. An iconic venue. And the next generation standing right there with them.
That’s the good stuff.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 AM.
If you’re thinking road trip, you already know plenty of Texans are loading up.
