Netflix is officially working on a new documentary about Lainey Wilson.
According to Deadline, the feature-length film is titled Lainey Wilson: Keepin’ Country Cool and will stream on Netflix.
The documentary will follow Lainey’s journey from her early days chasing music in Nashville to becoming one of the biggest names in country music today. Fans can expect a mix of behind-the-scenes footage, personal moments, and reflections on what it took to get here.
Before the awards, chart success, and sold-out shows, Lainey famously moved to Nashville from Baskin, Louisiana and lived in a camper while trying to make her dream work, a part of her story that’s expected to be featured in the film.
Netflix hasn’t released a trailer quite yet, but the doc reportedly drops on April 22nd and is already being billed as an up-close look at Lainey’s life, work ethic, and rise in country music.
