Well this is how you brighten up a Tuesday! William Clark Green just announced the Cotton Fest 2026 lineup and it’s loaded with Texas talent.
If you’ve never been, Cotton Fest is one of those “only in Texas” music weekends that somehow mixes rodeo-kid energy, college-town chaos, and world-class songwriting … and it works every single year.
This year’s headliners? Flatland Cavalry, 49 Winchester, and of course William Clark Green himself. If the only thing you knew was those three, you’d already be justified in packing your cooler and booking an Airbnb in Lubbock, but it gets better.
They also loaded the undercard with Josh Abbott Band, Dexter & the Moonrocks, William Beckmann, John Baumann, Gannon Fremin & CCREV, Haydon Wiginton, Tyce Delk, Aiden Logsdon, and probably a few more names that’ll be on everyone’s Spotify Wrapped by summer.
The festival runs June 25–27, 2026 at Cook’s Garage in Lubbock, with the main festival days on the 26th & 27th. The weekend kicks off with the Cotton Ball, a seated dinner, acoustic show, and auction hosted by William Clark Green with Randy Rogers in the mix. It’s for a great cause too, raising funds for High Cotton Relief, which helps West Texas cotton farmers.
Tickets are already on sale, so if Flatland + WCG + Josh Abbott in Lubbock sounds like your kind of weekend, you might want to move quick because the VIP packages usually disappear first.
