On October 22, 2016, the Turnpike Troubadours made their Grand Ole Opry debut in Nashville!
The boys from Oklahoma had already built a huge fanbase across Texas and the Red Dirt scene, but this night was extra special, their first time stepping into that famous Opry circle where so many country legends have stood.
They played fan favorites like “The Bird Hunters” and “Before the Devil Knows We’re Dead,” showing the Opry crowd exactly why folks down here love them so much.
It was one of those moments that made fans proud with the kind of night that proved real country music still has a place on the biggest stage in Nashville.
Nine years later, Turnpike’s still out there doing their thing by headlining shows, selling out arenas, and making Red Dirt proud.
