Hudson Westbrook is headed back to his hometown this fall and he’s doing it for a good cause.
On November 1st, the rising country star will take the stage at Tarleton State University’s EECU Event Center in Stephenville for a benefit concert raising money for the Erath County Junior Livestock Association. All proceeds from the night will go toward rebuilding barns and facilities that local FFA and 4-H kids use to show their animals.
If you know Hudson’s story, this cause hits close to home. He grew up heavily involved in FFA, even serving as his chapter president. He’s quick to talk about the early mornings feeding and working with his show hogs, saying those lessons stuck with him and helped shape who he is today. Or as Hudson puts it: “These are my people!”
The hometown benefit show falls right in the middle of Westbrook’s Texas Forever Fall Tour, a 16-date run that stretches across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and more, wrapping up November 23 in Florida. His latest single, “House Again,” has already pulled in nearly 700 million streams and is climbing the charts so expect to hear that one live in Stephenville.
