William Beckmann is one of the best voices in country music. I say that with no hesitation.
The talented singer has been writing his own music his whole young career but has just released a cover of the Bruce Springsteen classic I On Fire.
I mean besides some of the lyrics being a little questionable it’s one of the best songs of all time. And has been covered a few times before. The other country artist to absolutely hit it out of the park is Josh Kelly, brother of Charles Kelly.
My music hero John Mayer took a stab at it too.
Then there’s the classic Springsteen version. The video makes it better because the “Little Girl” is a full-grown woman.
