CMT is bringing back their special CMT Giants a show that highlights the careers of legends in country music.
The next episode will be all about the late Charley Pride who passed away last December a month after his performance at the 2020 CMA Awards.
The special will include performances and commentary from the likes of George Strait, Alan Jackson, Darius Rucker, Garth Brooks, Gladys Knight, Jimmie Allen, Lee Ann Womack, Luke Combs, Nolan Ryan and more.
The one performance they have put out so far before the premier is of Darius Rucker covering ‘Someone Loves You Honey’
The 90-minute special will air on August 25th on CMT.
