Austin Police received a call earlier this afternoon (5/6/21) and found University of Texas linebacker Jake Ehlinger dead on West 22nd Street.
According to Hookem.com no cause of death or details have been released.
Jake’s older brother, Sam Ehlinger, who played quarterback for Texas was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the sixth round of the NFL draft last week.
