Easter Sunday is coming up fast and here are some of the events in our area. Including our favorite Easter egg hunts!
Travis County
- Austin Zoo – Easter egg hunt

FREE. FUMC hosts an annual Easter Egg Festival on the Capitol Grounds at Colorado and 12th Street. Join us on the Capitol lawn for crafts, games, preschool egg hunts, and elementary school egg roll races! A photo from the Easter Bunny is a special tradition. Egg hunting begins at 9:40 and will be for preschool-aged children (five years and younger). Following the hunts, elementary-aged children will gather by grade to participate in egg rolling races and receive a gift bag of Easter treats at the finish line. This event is open to the public, so you may bring your friends. Help us help others by bringing non-perishable food donations for Caritas of Austin. . This is a FREE community wide event for children ages birth-5th grade. We will have inflatables, a petting zoo, tons of activities…oh and 15,000 easter eggs!!!!!! Williamson County
- Georgetown Eggstravaganza – Easter egg hunts for children,

Hippity hoppity, Easter’s on its way! Grab your basket and join us for our annual Easter Eggstravaganza. There will be candy and toy-filled eggs to gather. Find the golden egg and win a **grand prize basket** for each age division! This event is FREE! Garey Park entry fees will be waived during this event. All egg hunts will begin at their listed starting time. Come early and stay late to enjoy fun games and activities from our vendors and sponsors! - Round Rock Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt and Movie in the Park – Flashlight Easter egg hunt

Bring your flashlight to find eggs filled with candy and prizes at Old Settlers Park in this fun hunt for ages 3 and up. Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your hunt time to check in.
6:30 p.m. Twilight Egg Hunt. Ages 0-4 years. Not quite as dark for our youngest hunters. Only one parent will be allowed in the hunt ring to assist. Parent must stay with hunter at all times.
7:30 p.m. Flashlight Parent Assisted Hunt #1. Ages 5 years and older. Only one parent will be allowed in the hunt ring to assist.
Recommended for our younger hunters. Parent must stay with hunter at all times.
8:00 p.m. Flashlight Parent Assisted Hunt #2. Ages 5 years and older. Only one parent will be allowed in the hunt ring to assist. Recommended for our younger hunters. Parent must stay with hunter at all times.
8:30 p.m. Flashlight Children Only Hunt. No parents allowed in the hunt ring. Recommended for our older hunters.
9:15 p.m. Movie in the Park will feature “Smallfoot.”

Doc’s Drive In Theatre is a one-of-a-kind retro drive in theatre playing movies for the whole family! Join us on April 20th and 21st as we host our annual TEXAS-SIZED Easter Egg Hunt, complete with an Easter egg making station, bounce house, full food and drink menu and (of course) photo ops with the Easter Bunny!
