The needs in our communities have grown, and the Central Texas Food Bank has been there every step of the way.

Tuesday, December 22nd  Bucky Godbolt of The Horn and Bob Cole of KOKE FM will once again partner up for a 2-hour simulcast across the Austin Radio Network properties.

During a “normal” time, CTFB helps nearly 50,000 of our neighbors in need each week by providing them with food when they need it most – but during the COVID-19 pandemic – the Food Bank has seen demand for its services skyrocket and needs our help.

They have had to increase their food purchasing and convert their entire operation to emergency food boxes that can be given out in drive-thru or drop-and-grab settings that maximize social distancing.

For a donation of only $30, you can “buy the box” providing one of these emergency food boxes to someone in need here in the Austin area. Each box contains enough healthy food items to provide 23 meals – items like peanut butter, brown rice, canned tuna and chicken, fruits, vegetables and more.

There are so many families, seniors, veterans and kids in need right now and you can help.
