John Mayer surprised his fans at his show in Nashville, Tennessee with special guest, Chris Stapleton.
“I’d like to invite a friend to the stage,” says Mayer in the video. “I texted this friend and I said, ‘Well, do you wanna do one of your songs or do one of my songs?’ and he said, ‘We could do either or we could just write a song and then go play it when you get into town.’ I said, ‘Challenge accepted.’”
Yup, they WROTE a brand new song and performed it live for the first time in the video clip above. The song is titled, “I Just Remembered That I Didn’t Care.”
