Mel’s Onnit Fitness Journey: Blog #2

I made it through week 2! The amount of improvement in my workouts is pretty crazy! The first week I was only able to do 3 rounds of the AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) circuit training and the second time only four. I am pretty proud about week 2, Tuesday I did 7 rounds! (and I didn’t pass out or die so that’s a huge plus!)Then on Thursday I did 8 and a third rounds! I am already feeling better. I never regret exercising. I always makes me feel so much better and it feels good to want to go to the gym again. This next week our workouts are going to change and on Tuesday I am meeting with a nutritionist at Onnit! I am VERY excited about this. Food is my biggest struggle! I am really interested to see what she has to say and how this will help in my journey.

On a side note, I have lost about two pounds! I am not extremely concerned about a number on the scale but it always is nice to see a little bit of change for encouragement. I also feel less jiggly… things are tightening back up! Score! #GetOnnit
