Sunday, June 4th, over 5,500 music fans gathered together at Indian Spring Park in downtown Waco to be entertained by over 20 musical artists for more than 9 hours. Wade Bowen’s 19th Annual Bowen MusicFest and Golf Classic raised over $500,000.00 for his namesake non-profit foundation – The Bowen Family Foundation.
20 artists, including The Charlie Daniels Band, Kip Moore, Shinyribs, Kailtin Butts, Flatland Cavalry, Randy Rogers, Stoney LaRue, Cody Canada, Kevin Fowler, Roger Creager, Willy Braun, Keith Gattis, Dalton Domino, Jamie Lin Wilson, Austin Allsup, Mike Ryan, William Clark Green, Holly Tucker, Doug Moreland and Jackie Darlene performed for over 10 hours.
The Bowen Family Foundation believes that music heals and its focus is on healing children and families in the Waco, Texas area. They seek out and support the most impactful and effective ways to connect children and families with love, support, resources and opportunities to help get them on a path to a better life.
